Game 4 vs Columbus: TJ Oshie with the goal to give the Caps a 2-0 lead, and we win 4-1.

Game 5 vs Columbus: Backstrom with a defection off a shot, for the GWG, 8:07 left in OT

Game 6 vs Columbus: DSP score to give Caps 2 goal cushion, 4-2. Chandler Stephenson with a shorty to give Caps a 5-2 cushion


Game 2 vs Pitt: Ovie with a goal off a feed from Kuzy 1:26 into the game. Holtby with the Parallax effect save, waving off a Pitt goal

Game 3 vs Pitt: Niskanen w/ the save behind Holtby, slapping the puck away before it crosses the goal line. with 1:07 left in the game, Kuzy feeds Ovie, he shoots, hits the pipe, than bats the puck into the net.

Game 5 vs Pitt: Kuzy on a break away, goes 5 hole vs Murray to tie the game, 52 seconds into the start of the 3rd period. Lead goal from Vrana from a fantastic feed from Ovie.

Game 6 vs Pitt: Holtby an amazing save vs a wide open Kessell early at the start of the game. Kuzy breakaway goal from a feed from Ovie to win it in OT and finish off Pitt.


Game 1 vs TB: Ovie scores with less than 7 seconds in the 1st period off the faceoff win, after the TB goal was disallowed due to Too many players on the ice penalty.

Game 2 vs TB: DSP gets the tying goal with a shot off the far post on a 2-1 breakaway.

Game 6 vs TB: Holtby shuts out TB. DSP gets a great goal after Stephenson prevents an icing penalty.

Game 7 vs TB: Ovie opens the scoring 1:02 into the game. Kempney lifts the stick of a TB player as he shoots at a wide open net inches from the goal line. Holtby with another shut out. Burakovsky has 2 breakway goals to ice the game.

Game 2 vs Vegas: Ovie power play goal to give the Caps a 2-1 lead. Orpik nets the game winner with his first goal in years. Caps hold Vegas scoreless during a 2 man advantage penalty kill. And "THE SAVE" with 2 minutes left in the game to keep the Caps ahead 3-2.

Game 3 vs Vegas: Ovie diving for the puck and clipping it in to the net. Kuzy goal on 3-1 break away. DSP goal after Beagle makes a great play to get to the puck.

Game 4 vs Vegas: Oshie and DSP with similar pucks from skate to stick for the goals. Kempney goal after the reverse hit from TJ Oshie on a TB player.

Game 5 vs Vegas: Vrana break goal to start the scoring. DSP goal: a skate to stick, diving in front of the goal shot, after Orpik keeps the puck in the zone by a fraction of an inch. Eller with the Stanley Cup clinching win after Fleury lets a shot leak through. The Caps defense the last 7:37 to preserve the win.

What an amazing run for the CAPS! Unbelievable. Watching the joy from Ovie and Backstrom was also so very cool. So, what are you favorite memories?
